Donate to the Biddeford Food Pantry

For just $8.50, you can feed a family of four for a week.

As a 100% volunteer organization, all donations go directly to purchasing food and supplies and meeting the needs of our community – not to salaries.

Monetary donations to the Pantry are one of the biggest ways you can help fight food scarcity in Maine. As a pantry, we have the ability to purchase food in bulk and at slightly reduced prices, allowing us to stretch each dollar to its fullest potential.

Donate via PayPal here!

We also accept donations by cash or check, mailed (check only) or delivered in-person. All donors will receive a letter which can be used as proof of donation for tax purposes. Thank you so much for your generosity!

FAQ

Who may visit the Pantry?

Anyone in need of food! We do not turn anyone away.

How often may I visit the Pantry?

You may visit the Pantry once a week. We do our best to give each customer enough food for their family for the week.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself! The food is provided in a large banana box and two brown bags. If you are visiting us by walking, bike, or bus, we recommend bringing re-useable bags (if you have them) for easier transport.

Do I need to bring any paperwork?

No! We only need to know your name and how many adults and children are in your family so we can provide enough food.

If you are willing, you can answer additional questions about income, where you live, etc. This information helps us apply for grants that fund the pantry. But these are completely optional. You don’t have to answer any questions you don’t want to.
